These terms apply when you use Zonely — the website, the free social-zones test, your account, and the Zonely Premium subscription. By using Zonely or creating an account, you agree to them. We’ve kept them as short and readable as we could.
Zonely (“Zonely”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by POTERNA LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 16852743), whose registered office is at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
For anything about these terms, contact us at [email protected].
Zonely is a self-improvement product for social skills. It offers a free test that measures you across eleven social “zones”, a personal map of your results, and guided course content for improving the zones you choose to work on. Parts of Zonely are free; the full course content is part of the paid subscription described below. Zonely is currently in active development, and free features may change as the product grows.
You can create an account by signing in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google account. You agree to:
You must be at least 16 years old to use Zonely. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in a way that harms other users or us. You can stop using Zonely at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data at [email protected].
Zonely Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription that unlocks all course sections. The free parts of Zonely (including the test, your zone map, and the first section of every course) stay free; Premium adds full access to the guided course content for every zone.
Current prices are listed on our pricing page, and the exact price, currency, billing period, and any applicable taxes are always shown at checkout before you pay. If we change prices, the new price applies from your next billing period, and we’ll tell you before it does.
Purchases are processed by Stripe, our merchant of record. Stripe handles the checkout, your payment details, invoicing, and applicable taxes — we never see your full payment details. Stripe’s own buyer terms apply to the payment transaction alongside these terms.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on Zonely Premium. The full details — including how renewals are handled and how to ask — are in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Don’t misuse Zonely. In particular, don’t:
The Zonely product — the test, questions, scoring, course content, design, and branding — belongs to POTERNA LTD or its licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active; it doesn’t transfer ownership of anything to you.
Your own data — your answers, test results, and goals — remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it solely to run Zonely for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Zonely is a self-improvement and educational product. It is not therapy, counselling, coaching by a licensed professional, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for any of those. The test measures self-reported habits, not clinical conditions. If you are struggling with your mental health, please talk to a qualified professional.
Zonely is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it available and improving, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will follow from using it.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for claims arising out of your use of Zonely is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded — including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence — and nothing in them reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.
We may update Zonely, and we may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change to the terms, we’ll tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using Zonely after a change takes effect, the updated terms apply. The “last updated” date at the top always tells you when the terms last changed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction over disputes — except that if you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there.
